The Shimoda Alliance Fund is a registered tax-exempt Cayman-based off-shore fund, launched in 2000 and transferred in 2003. The Fund's investment objective is to achieve above-average capital appreciation by investing in a diversified portfolio of investment funds and investment projects, i.e. a "Fund of funds", targetting global opportunities but particyularly in the resources sector.
